Creates a timestamp from year, month, day, hour, minute, and seconds fields.

1make_timestamp(<year> int, <month> int, <day> int, <hour> int, <min> int, <sec> double precision)

• <year>: The year.
• <month>: The month.
• <day>: The day of the month.
• <hour>: The hour.
• <min>: The minute.
• <sec>: The seconds, including fractional seconds.

Returns a timestamp value.

Assemble a timestamp from its parts.

1SELECT make_timestamp(2013, 7, 15, 8, 15, 23.5) AS result;

Returns 2013-07-15 08:15:23.5.
