OrderChgReasonCategMap

The mapping between an order change reason and a service flow category. This object is available in API version 65.0 and later.

Category	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update Description The service flow that reasons are being categorized by. Possible values are: `Cancel` `CancelAll` `CancelFee` `Discount` `Exchange` `RMA` `Return` `ReturnFee`
CurrencyIsoCode	Type picklist Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update Description The currency code of the order. Possible values are: `EUR`—Euro `GBP`—British Pound `USD`—U.S. Dollar The default value is `USD`.
Description	Type textarea Properties Create, Nillable, Update Description The description of the mapping.
IsActive	Type boolean Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description Whether the category mapping is active. The default value is `false`.
IsAvailableForExternalUser	Type boolean Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description Whether the mapping can be accessed and used by external users. The default value is `false`.
LastReferencedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description
LastViewedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description
Name	Type string Properties Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort Description The name of the mapping.
OwnerId	Type reference Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description The owner of the mapping. This field is a polymorphic relationship field. Relationship Name Owner Refers To Group, User
Reason	Type picklist Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description The order change reason that’s being categorized. Possible values are: `Damaged` `DoorLocked` `IncorrectPrice` `Rejected` `WrongItem` The default value is `Damaged`.
