ClaimItem

Represents claim items (such as collision damage, roadside assistance, rental care) and their coverage details. This object is available in API version 47.0 and later.

Fields

ClaimId

Type: reference

Description: The parent claim that includes this claim item.

ClaimInstanceIdentifier

Type: string
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
Description: A unique identifier for the claim item instance. This field is available from API version 65.0 and later.

ClaimParticipantId

Type: reference
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
Description: The claim participant associated with the claim item. This field is available from API version 51.0 and later.

CurrentAddress

Type: address
Properties: Filter, Nillable
Description: The location of the claim item. This field is available from API version 51.0 and later.
This is a compound field of type Address and combines these fields: City, Country, GeocodeAccuracy, Latitude, Longitude, PostalCode, State, and Street. For more information, see Address Compound Fields.

Description: The description of the claim item.

InsurancePolicyAssetId

Type: reference
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
Description: The insurance policy asset associated with the claim item. This field is available from API version 51.0 and later.

InsurancePolicyCoverageId

Type: reference
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
Description: The ID of the coverage that covers this claim item.

LastReferencedDate

Type: dateTime
Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

LastViewedDate

Type: dateTime
Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

Name

Type: string
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
Description: Name of the item that’s included in the claim.

ProductId

Type: reference
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
Description: The product that's associated with the claim item. This field is available from API version 65.0 and later.
