DisputeSubtype

• Description: Specifies the subtype of dispute.
• Possible values:
  • Account Debited but No Cash Dispensed by ATM
  • Charged Multiple Times
  • Defective Product
  • Disclosed OTP, Card, or Account Details
  • Failed Transaction
  • Fraudulent Transaction
  • Lost or Stolen Card
  • Outstanding Charge on Original Payment Method
  • Overcharged
  • Products or Services Not as Described

IsCardCancellationRequested

• Description: Indicates whether card cancellation was requested (true) or not (false).

IsCardReissueRequested

LastReferencedDate
