• Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

LastViewedDate

• Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

LoanApplicationId

• Description: Loan application associated with this title holder.

Name

• Description: Name of the loan application title holder.

TitleHolderExtIdentifier

• Description: ID that uniquely identifies imported data in an external data source (if applicable). This field is unique within your organization.

TitleHolderName

• Description: Name of the person on the title for the property associated with the loan application.
