FlexHierVldJobRun

Represents an execution instance of a hierarchy validation job that includes validation requests for one or more hierarchies. This object is available in API version 67.0 and later.

Special Access Rules

This is a standard object and is available only when you turn on the Flexible Hierarchies setting.

EndDateTime

Type: dateTime

Description: The date and time when the validation job is completed.

InvalidHierarchyCount

Type: int
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
Description: The total number of hierarchies that failed validation during the job run.

LastReferencedDate

Type: dateTime
Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
Description: The most recent date when a user referenced this record.

LastViewedDate

Type: dateTime
Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
Description: The most recent date when a user viewed this record.

Name

Type: string
Properties: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
Description: The name of the flexible hierarchy validation job.

OwnerId

Type: reference
Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
Description: The owner of the flexible hierarchy record.
This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
Relationship Name: Owner
Refers To: Group, User

Status

Type: picklist
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
Description: The status of the validation job.
Possible values:
- Completed
- Failed
- InProgress

TotalHierarchyCount

Type: int
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
Description: The total number of hierarchies processed during the validation run.

ValidHierarchyCount

Type: int
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
Description: The total number of hierarchies that passed validation during the job run.
