LastCntntUpdateDateTime

• Description: The date and time of the last content update.

LastReferencedDate

• Type: dateTime
• Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
• Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

LastViewedDate

• Type: dateTime
• Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
• Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, this record might only have been referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

Name

• Description: The value that identifies this record.

OwnerId

Status

• Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
• Description: Specifies the status of the association between the reference object and content source.
• Possible values:
  • Active
  • InActive—Inactive
  • Paused

UpdatedContent

• Type: textarea
• Properties: Create, Nillable, Update
• Description: The information about the last content update.
