Rename a Data Source in Agentforce Coworker

Use this page when you want to update how a source name appears in Agentforce Coworker search setup. Renaming helps admins keep source labels clear and consistent for setup and troubleshooting without reconnecting the source.

In Agentforce Coworker Setup, rename a source from the Add Existing Data table. This action updates only the source name. It doesn’t change connected DMOs, indexing configuration, or search behavior.

ROLE & PERMISSIONS NEEDED
To turn on, configure, or grant access to Agentforce Coworker:Salesforce Admin Role, Agentforce Coworker Admin Permission Set
  1. In Agentforce Coworker Setup, find the source row in the Add Existing Data table.
  2. Click the down arrow at the end of the row, then select Review Data Source Settings.
  3. In the window that opens, update the source name.
