Turn Off or Remove a Data Source in Agentforce Coworker
Turn off a data source to temporarily hide it from search results while preserving its configuration. Remove a data source to move its Data Model Objects (DMOs) to the Unassigned row in the Manage Data table — a catch-all Data 360 source that is disabled by default.

- On the Agentforce Coworker setup page, go to Manage Data.
- To turn off a data source: In the Enabled for Agentforce Coworker column, turn off the toggle for the source. To re-enable it, turn the toggle back on. Turning off a source preserves custom query configurations, such as those in Enterprise Knowledge.
- To remove a data source: Select the dropdown at the end of the source’s row, then select Remove from Agentforce Coworker. The source’s DMOs move to the Unassigned row in the Manage Data table, which is disabled by default, so the DMOs aren’t searchable.
Neither action deletes the underlying DMOs or search indexes, or stops the search index from consuming credits. To stop credit consumption, disable the search index in Search Manager.
