Add New Data Sources to Agentforce Coworker (Beta)

Before Agentforce Coworker can query Google Drive, SharePoint, or other external sources as it searches, connect these data sources to Salesforce with Data 360. For assistance, contact your Data 360 Architect or learn more in Connect Data.

Data from Salesforce CRM and Slack is automatically available during beta. Data from external sources such as Google Drive and SharePoint is pilot only. To join the pilot, contact your Salesforce account executive.

To query Slack data in Salesforce CRM, first connect Slack to your Salesforce org. Follow these steps. For more detailed setup instructions, visit Connect Salesforce and Slack.

  1. Request a connection to Salesforce in your Slack workspace (Tools & Settings).
  2. Approve the request in the Setup menu in Salesforce.
  3. Activate the connection in your Slack workspace (Tools & Settings). Slack and Salesforce are now connected.
  4. To finish activating the flow of data, complete the steps in Connect to Existing Data Sources and select Slack as a data source.

Complete the steps based on the formats and file types you want to ingest from Google Drive.

  1. To ingest JSON, CSV, XML, and other files, see Google Drive Structured Connector (Beta).
  2. To ingest PDFs, images, videos, raw HTML, CSS, and other files, see Google Drive Unstructured Connector (Beta).
  3. Add relevant Google Drive URLs as trusted URLs. See Add Trusted URLs for Agentforce Coworker.
  4. To finish activating the flow of data, complete the steps in Connect to Existing Data Sources and select Google Drive as a data source.

Complete the steps based on the formats and file types you want to ingest from Microsoft SharePoint.

  2. To ingest PDFs, images, videos, and other files, see Microsoft SharePoint Unstructured (Documents) Connector.
  3. To ingest raw HTML, CSS, and other files, see Microsoft SharePoint Unstructured (Site Pages & Site Assets) Connector.
  4. Add relevant Microsoft SharePoint URLs as trusted URLs. See Add Trusted URLs for Agentforce Coworker.
  5. To finish activating the flow of data, complete the steps in Connect to Existing Data Sources and select SharePoint as a data source.
