Make Slack Searchable in Agentforce Coworker (Beta)
To query Slack data in Salesforce CRM, first connect Slack to your Salesforce org. Use these steps to learn how. This part of the Agentforce Coworker setup process is optional but recommended.

- Request a connection to Salesforce in your Slack workspace (Tools & Settings).
- Approve the request in the Setup menu in Salesforce.
- Activate the connection in your Slack workspace (Tools & Settings). Slack and Salesforce are now connected.
- To finish activating the flow of data, go to Setup.
- Enter
Agentforce Coworkerin the Quick Find. - Click Get Started with Agentforce Coworker.
- Under Manage Data, click Add Data Source.
- Select Slack as a data source.
Slack is a preconfigured data source, meaning the searchable fields and result settings are preprogrammed for you and can’t be changed.
- Click Next.
- Click Save.
