CnfgMgmtDiscoveryAgentDef

Represents discovery agents installed on various operating systems. Acts as a parent object that groups agent instances by type and operating system. Captures metadata such as version and upgrade preferences. This object is available in API version 65.0 and later.

Fields

IsAutoUpgradeEnabled

Type: boolean
Properties: Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort
Description: Indiciates whether the discovery agent gets upgraded automatically (true) or not (false).
Default value: false

Name

Type: string
Properties: Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort
Description: The name of the configuration management discovery agent definition.

OperatingSystem

Type: picklist
Properties: Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort
Description: Specifies the operating system on which the discovery agent is installed.
Possible values:
- LINUX—Linux
- MAC_OS—Mac os
- WINDOWS—Windows

OwnerId

Type: reference
Properties: Filter, Group, Sort
Description: Refers to a unique identifier that designates the user. This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
Relationship Name: Owner
Refers To: Group, User

Schedule

Type: string
Properties: Filter, Group, Sort
Description: Specifies the date and time when the scan gets executed by the discovery agent.
