Give Users Access to Create and Update Records with Agentforce Coworker
The Agent Actions toggle controls whether users can create or update records with Agentforce Coworker. Turn it on for a data source to give users this access. Turn it off to remove their access.

Currently, Agentforce Coworker can update or modify only Salesforce CRM records.
- In Agentforce Coworker Setup, find the source row in the Add Existing Data table.
- Find the Agent Actions column.
- To permit users to create or modify records with Agentforce Coworker, switch the toggle on so the check mark appears.
- To restrict users from creating or modifying records with Agentforce Coworker, switch the toggle off.
- Agentforce Coworker creates and modifies records using the current user’s permissions, but doesn’t check those permissions until the user confirms the action. If permissions are insufficient, the create or update fails.
- A user can create or update up to 15 records in a single command.
