PersonDisability

Represents information about a person’s disability. This object is available in API version 58.0 and later.

Fields

ApprovedRecord

Type: reference

Description: The original verified disability record. The system populates this field when an applicant makes a change to an existing approved disability record.

This field is a relationship field.

EndDate

Type: dateTime

Description: The end date and time of the disability.

IndividualId

Description: The individual associated with the disability.

This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

IsAccommodationRequired

Description: Indicates whether the individual requires accommodation.
Default value: false

LastReferencedDate

Type: dateTime

Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

LastViewedDate

Type: dateTime
Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

Description: Required. The name for this record.

Description: The internal user who reviewed and approved the disability record during the verification process.

This field is a relationship field.
