AppFormEvalSectionPtcp

Represents information about a user or group of participants who have read or write access to an application form evaluation section. This object is available in API version 68.0 and later.

Special Access Rules

This object is available only if the Grantmaking license is enabled, Grantmaking is enabled, and Track Applications is turned on.

Description: ID of the related Application Form Evaluation Section.

Description: The additional information about why the Application Form Evaluation Section record was shared with the participant.

IsParticipantActive

Type: boolean

Description: Determines if the associated participant is active for the purposes of Compliant Data Sharing (CDS).
Default value: false

LastReferencedDate

Type: dateTime
Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

LastViewedDate

Type: dateTime
Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

Name

Type: string
Properties: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
Description: Unique name of the evaluation section participant.

ParticipantId

Type: reference
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
Description: The associated participant with whom to share the Application Form Evaluation Section.

This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

ParticipantRoleId

Type: reference

Description: Specifies the role of the associated participant, which determines how the Application Form Evaluation Section record is shared. For example, a participant role that determines that the record is shared as read-only.
