Navigate the Agentforce Coworker Experience (Beta)
Use Agentforce Coworker to search across your Salesforce CRM data and connected external sources. Enter a query in the search bar to get AI-generated answers and summaries, or standard search results organized by relevance.

- Enter your criteria in the search bar.
- To switch between Agentforce Coworker and Standard Search mode, click the link under your search bar.
- Select how to get your results.
- To view search results, click Enter or the magnifying glass.
- To get results along with suggestions for your next search, click the Ask button.
- In your toolbar, find the new tab titled either "Search: [Your Search Criteria]" or "Ask: [Your Search Criteria]." Navigate away from your results as needed. To return, click the tab in the toolbar. To close the tab, click X.
- View your results.

For Search mode: Under the search bar, find a quick summary of the search results. Under the summary, click the sources for each of the search results to view their full details. The results are organized by relevance.
Search results can show snippets and highlighted information from the source, but this is only available when supported by the data source and object type.

For Ask mode: Under the search bar, there's a detailed overview of the answer and recommendations of steps to take next.
