Support and Manage Provider Referrals | Health Cloud Administration

As of Winter ‘24, to manage referrals, we recommend using the Clinical Service Request object and automation tools built for the FHIR R4-aligned Clinical Data Model rather than using the Lead and Opportunity objects. To benefit from new and enhanced referral management features in the future, you must use standard objects in the FHIR R4-aligned Clinical Data Model. If you use Lead and Opportunity objects instead, you won’t benefit from new and enhanced referral management features in the future.
