WhatsApp Events

Over-the-Top (OTT) messaging refers to messages sent directly to users over the internet, as opposed to messages delivered through carrier-operated systems such as SMS. In Marketing Cloud Engagement, OTT messaging refers specifically to messages that you send using WhatsApp.

Event Notification Service provides notification events for these types of OTT messages:
