Customize the Health Cloud Apps in Lightning
You can change some of the properties of the Health Cloud Apps in your
organization.

Personalize your Lightning apps from the Lightning console. You can add your company’s logo, change the color of page elements, and enable keyboard shortcuts in the Health Cloud console. Remember to save your changes as you navigate.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Apps, and then select App Manager.

Click
next to the app
that you want to modify, and then click Edit.

Enter a name for the app.
This app name appears in the app menu.
- Retain the autopopulated name in the Developer Name field.
- Add a description for your app.

To specify a custom logo for your app, under App Branding, click
Upload.
When choosing a custom app logo:
- Ensure that the image is in .jpg, .png, .bmp, or .gif format and is less than 5 MB.
- Ensure that the image is larger than 128 by 128 pixels. Otherwise, it’s scaled to fit.
- If necessary, change the color of the app’s page elements by entering the hex code beginning with #.

In App Options, choose the navigation style, and then choose the form factor to support
your app.
You can also control end-user personalization and temporary tabs for external items.
- Under Utility Items (Desktop Only), add the utility bar to your desktop. Click Add Utility Item, and then set the Utility Bar Alignment.
- In Navigation Items, select navigation tabs to include in your app.
- In Navigation Rules, choose whether you want the app to open as a workspace tab or as a subtab of related record.
- Under User Profiles, to select the profiles that can access the app, drag user profiles from Available Profiles to Selected Profiles.
- Save your changes.
Customize the Classic Apps in Lightning Experience
You can customize some properties of standard classic apps in Lightning Experience.
While you can’t customize the app’s label or logo, you can choose the tabs and their sequence,
the landing tab, and the profiles to which you want to assign the app.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Apps, and then select App Manager.

Click
next to the
Classic app that you want to modify, and then click Edit.
- Choose the tabs to display.
- To set the order, move the selected tabs up and down.
- Select the Default Landing Tab.
- To display the org in Lightning Experience, select the checkbox for Show in Lightning Experience.
- Select the profiles to which you want to assign the app.
- Save your changes.
