From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select
Users.

Select the name of the user.

In the Permission Set License Assignments list, click Edit
Assignment.

Select Enabled for the Document Checklist and Intelligent Document
Workspace permission set licenses.

Save your work.
