Learn About the Advanced Therapy Management Licenses

Before getting started with Advanced Therapy Management, ensure that your org has the appropriate add-on licenses. The Advanced Therapy Management permissions and licenses are included in the Health Cloud license and the Health Cloud for Life Sciences license, which new Life Sciences customers (starting in Winter ‘23) can purchase. Customers can also purchase the Advanced Therapy Management - Patients (500) add-on license to enroll an additional 500 patients into advanced therapies. Customers can also purchase the Scheduler Add-On license to get additional service appointments.

Health Cloud for Life Sciences

Starting in Winter ‘23, new Life Sciences customers can purchase Health Cloud for Life Sciences. Health Cloud for Life Sciences includes the Advanced Therapy Management permissions and licenses, including the Multi-Step Scheduling user license, the Multi-Step Scheduling platform license, and the Enrollee Count Limit 500 platform license definition, which provides a limit of 500 enrollees in advanced therapies.

Advanced Therapy Management - Patients (500)

Health Cloud also offers an add-on called the Advanced Therapy Management - Patients (500) license. This license provides an additional capacity of 500 enrollees who you can enroll in advanced therapies. Both orgs that use the Health Cloud product and orgs that use Health Cloud for Life Sciences can purchase this add-on license to get additional enrollment capacity.

Scheduler Add-On License

Health Cloud and Health Cloud for Life Sciences both offer 12000 service appointments per org per annum and 300 service appointments per user per annum. To use additional service appointments, purchase the Salesforce Scheduler–Additional Appointments license that provides 10000 additional service appointments per org per month.
