You can enable your users to set up Marketing Cloud campaigns and assign people to them from inside Health Cloud.

To enable access to campaigns: Manage User

Campaigns are available only in Lightning Experience.

Note

  1. From Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box, and click Users.
  2. Click Edit next to the name of users who create campaigns or add members to campaigns.
  3. Select Marketing User checkbox and save the settings.
