Create a Campaign

Whether it’s an educational email campaign for patients in a diabetes care cohort or an onboarding campaign for new providers, campaigns save you time and increase engagement.

User Permissions Needed
To view campaigns:	Read on campaigns
To create campaigns:	Create on campaigns AND Marketing User checked in your user information
To change campaigns:	Edit on campaigns AND Marketing User checked in your user information

In App Launcher, enter Campaigns, and select Campaigns.
Enter a campaign name.
Select the Active checkbox if you’re ready to roll out the campaign.
Select a value for the type of campaign.
Select the status of the campaign.
Select a Start Date and an End Date.
After you save the campaign, you can add attachments and people to the campaign.
