Create a Service Case Record Type

Add a health-specific record type to your service case object to store the data that your flow generates.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

From the object management settings for cases, go to Record Types and click New.
To use an existing record type, select a value from the Existing Record Type picklist.
To use the default record type, select Master.
For Record Type Label, enter Service Case.
The Record Type Name field is autopopulated. Keep it as is.
For Support Process, select Healthcare.
Provide a description of the record type and select Active to put it to work.
Select Make Available to assign the record type to profiles, and click Next.
In Apply one layout to all profiles, select the page layout where you want to add the record type. For example, Case Layout.
Save your changes.
