Tracing and contacting people who possibly were exposed to an infected person is one of
the most efficient ways of fighting widespread community infection. You can see the exposed
contacts for each person right from the patient record. Salesforce recommends making contact
tracing functionality available only to users who are trained on privacy best practices. We
recommend that you share contact tracing data only on a need-to-know basis.
