jBuild an Experience Site for Utilization Management
Set up an Experience site to enable your site users to create and submit authorization
requests using a configurable flow powered by Omnistudio.

- From Setup, under Digital Experiences, click All Sites.
- Click New, select the Customer Account Portal template, and publish the site with the default settings.
- Back on the Digital Experiences page, click Workspaces next to your site, then select Administration.
- In the Members section, add the profiles who need access to the site.
- Back on the Digital Experiences page, click Builder next to your site.
- In the Builder, create a standard page for managing authorization requests, add it as a menu item, and make the page publicly available.

Place an OmniScript component onto the page and set the properties. To add the
Authorization Intake OmniScript, select these properties:
- For OmniScript Type, select HealthCloudUM
- For OmniScript SubType, select AuthorizationRequest
- Add a menu item for each required object such as Case and Care Request to enable your users to easily access the records.
- Publish your site.
