Create a Care Program Goal, and associate it with a care program.

To create goals as part of a care program, define the care program goals.
- On the Care Program Goals tab, click New.
- Enter the goal name. For example, Reduce Sugar Intake.

Select a care program.
To create a care program, click New Care Program.
- Select a Start Date and an End Date.
- Choose the status of the care program goal.
- Save your work.
