Configure an Action Launcher Deployment in the Behavioral Health App

Add quick actions, flows, and OmniScripts to an Action Launcher in the Behavioral Health app. Then make the component available to users by adding it to a Lightning record page.

To use the Behavioral Health app: Health Cloud Behavioral Health App permission set

We recommend you configure an Action Launcher deployment as part of the Behavioral Health App guided setup. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Behavioral Health App Settings, and then select Behavioral Health App Settings. When you get to the step about configuring an Action Launcher deployment, follow these guidelines.

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Action Launcher, and then click Action Launcher.
  2. Click New Deployment, and then click Next.
  3. Enter a label for your deployment. The API name is auto-updated.
  4. Select both Flows and quick actions and OmniScripts.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Select the Account object, and then click Next.
  7. Select actions such as the AUDIT-C, GAD7, and PHQ9 OmniScripts. Click Next.

  8. Select frequently used actions to pin to the Action Launcher component. Click Save.
  9. From the App Launcher, go to the Behavioral Health app and open an account record in Lightning App Builder.
  10. In the Properties pane, in the Action Launcher Deployment field, add the deployment you configured.
  11. Activate the deployment and save your changes.
