Provide behavioral or mental healthcare specialists and intake specialists with the permissions and licenses required to use the Behavioral Health app.

User Permissions Needed
To use the Behavioral Health app:

Health Cloud Behavioral Health App permission set

AND

OmniStudio User permission set
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
  2. Select the appropriate user.
  3. In the Permission Set License Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
  4. Select these permission set licenses.
    1. Behavioral Health App
    2. Health Cloud Platform
    3. OmniStudio User
  5. Save your work.
  6. In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
  7. Move these permission sets to the Enabled Permission Sets list.

    2. OmniStudio User
  8. Save your work.
