Set Up the Person Account Record Page Layout for Provider Verification Process

Add related lists and the OmniScript for primary source verification to the Person Account record page layout so that your credentialing specialists can complete the verification process for their providers.

User Permissions Needed
To set up the Person Account record page:

Update on accounts

AND

OmniStudio Admin permission set
  1. From Setup, go to Object Manager, and select Person Account.
  2. Click Page Layouts and then click Person Account Layout.
  3. Add these related lists:
    • Healthcare Providers
    • Healthcare Provider NPIs
    • Healthcare Provider Specialties
  4. Save your changes.
  5. Go to the Person Account record page.
  6. Select Gear icon, and then select Edit Page.
  7. In the Lightning App Builder, add the Related and Details tabs.
  8. Add a tab named Primary Source Verification to the page layout. You can also name the tab as per your organization’s needs.
  9. Place an OmniScript component on the Primary Source Verification tab.
  10. Select these properties to add the Primary Source Verification OmniScript:
    • For OmniScript Type, select HealthCloudPNM
    • For OmniScript SubType, select PrimarySourceVerification
  11. Save your configuration and activate your page. If necessary, you can assign this custom record page as the default for specific apps.
    Your credentialing specialists now see the Primary Source Verification tab on the Person Account record page, with the guided OmniScript flow for the verification process.
