Relationship Triggers speeds up relationship calculations for Accounts and
Contacts.

- On the Custom Metadata Types page in Setup, click Manage Records next to Use Standard Trigger.
- Click Edit next to Account Contact Relationship Trigger.
- On the Use Standard Trigger (Managed) page, turn on the Active checkbox.
- Save your changes.
