Customize Patient or Member Information | Health Cloud Administration

Provide care coordinators and managers with important information about a patient or member by configuring components in the console. Arrange the Highlights Panel, Patient Card, Patient Info, and Patient Navigation components to fit the way your care coordinators work.

The Health Cloud console components

The Patient Navigation menu (1) lets care coordinators navigate to the pages they need straight from the patient console.
The Patient Info section (2) provides basic identification information about the patient, such as birthday and gender, and a thumbnail photo, if available.
The Patient Card section (3) contains medical record fields for medications, allergies, and more.
The Highlights panel (4) shows the information you want to highlight about the patient, such as contact information and medical record number.
The Details pane (5) provides detailed information about the patient.

Customize the Patient Navigation Component
Make it quick and easy for care coordinators to get to the information they need. Specify which subtabs open, and in what order, when a care coordinator opens a patient record in the console.
Display Information on the Patient Info Component
The Patient Info component shows essential identification information about the person, including a thumbnail photo when one is available. This component isn’t customizable.
Customize Medical Data on the Patient Card Component
The Patient Card helps care coordinators track a patient’s condition at a glance by showing data from various objects that store the patient’s health data. Remove unneeded fields from the Patient Card, or add fields from any object that has a reference to the patient record.
Customize the Highlights Panel in the Health Cloud Console
The Highlights panel contains information you want front and center, such as the patient's contact information, Medical Record Number, and the name of the care coordinator or other internal person who's responsible for tracking this patient. Customize the Highlights panel to show the information that's most pertinent for your organization.
Customize the Patient Details Tab
When you use a custom page layout to show Patient details, modify the associated page layout.
Use the Advanced Patient Card
The Advanced Patient Card uses FlexCards from OmniStudio to deliver greater flexibility and ease of use. It lives in a component named HealthCloudPtCardPatientCard on your Account Layout page.
