jEnable Users to Add Reciprocal Roles
To enable your users to create reciprocal roles, grant them access to the contact role
record type.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find, box enter Profiles, and select Profiles.
- Select the user’s profile. For example, System Administrator.
- Navigate to the Record Type Settings section.
- Click Edit next to Reciprocal Roles.
- Drag Contact Role from the Available Record Types to the Selected Record Types. Make sure the default record type is Contact Role.
- Save your work.
