Change Category Selections After Installing the Enhanced Analytics for Healthcare App

Keep up with ever-changing business needs by fine tuning your Enhanced Analytics for Healthcare app. After installation, you can change category selections, and subsequently install new dashboards and update or delete existing ones. And there is no need to re-install the app, as you can change categories directly from the Health Cloud CRM Analytics Settings page.

User Permissions Needed
To change category selections: HealthCare Analytics Admin permission set

AND

CRM Analytics Plus Admin permission set

Updating the app and its related categories to the latest version overrides saved dashboard settings such as data security, colors, labels, actions, dataflows, recipes, and deployed models.

Note

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Health Cloud CRM Analytics Settings, then select Health Cloud CRM Analytics Settings.
  2. In the Select Categories and Install Dashboards section, click Install Dashboards.
    You’ll see that your previous category selections are retained.
  3. Depending on your business need, select or deselect Utilization Management Analytics, Care Management Analytics, or both.

    If your org isn’t provisioned with the Health Cloud or Health Cloud for Life Sciences permission set license, you can’t select a category. Reach out to Salesforce Customer Support for help.

  4. Click Change Category Selections.
  5. In the Confirm Your Category Selections window, review the information, and click Confirm.
    The app is updated and the dashboards of the selected categories are installed, updated, or deleted as listed:
    • Retain a previously-selected category and update the installed dashboards to the latest version. Deselect the category to uninstall the dashboards.
    • Select a previously unselected category to install the related dashboards.

    To see a list of auto-installed apps and their installation status, in Setup, search for and select Auto-Installed Apps, then click the Requests tab.
