Configure Health Cloud Profiles

Adjust users’ profiles to give them access to the Health Cloud fields and records. Assign standard Salesforce profiles to your users. If you need custom profiles to extend visibility and access to certain objects, clone a standard profile and edit it to meet your organization’s needs.

To be able to set up the Health Cloud console, you must make these additions to the System Administrator profile as well.

Note

  1. In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
  2. Select a profile to configure.
  3. For general Health Cloud orgs, add or enable these items for the profile:
    1. Page Layouts
      Object Page Layout
      Person Account Patient layout
      Case (Care Plan record type) CarePlan layout
      Lead (Patient record type) Patient layout
      Task (Care Plan Task record type) Health Task layout
    2. Record Types
      Object Record Type
      Account Business, Household

  4. For Health Cloud for Life Sciences orgs, add or enable these items for the profile:
