jUnified Health Scoring Data Model and Permissions
The Unified Health Scoring license gives you access to a set of objects, metadata types,
and permissions that the feature requires.

Objects
Unified Health Scoring uses these objects.
| Object | Purpose | Required Access |
|---|---|---|
| Health Score | Stores the scores for a specified category for a patient. |
|
| Health Score Action Log | Logs the actions triggered from the Dynamic Actions for Unified Health Score lightning component. |
|
| Action Visibility | Enables admins to connect patients to any related healthcare records in Health Cloud so that the visibility rules for contextual actions can be configured based on those records. |

Metadata Types
Unified Health Scoring uses these metadata types. Score Category is the parent, and Score Range Classification and Score Category Calculated Insight are its children.
| Object | Purpose |

| Score Category | Defines the score category and subcategories for a unified health profile. |
| Score Range Classification | Defines how different ranges of scores are classified for a score category or subcategory. This metadata type is a subset of Health Score. |
| Score Category Calculated Insight | Defines how score categories and subcategories are mapped to their counterpart calculated insights in Data Cloud. This metadata type is a subset of Health Score. |
Permissions
Users need these permissions to use Unified Health Scoring.
