jUnified Health Profile
A unified health profile is the holistic view of a patient that covers the different
aspects of their health and healthcare. This multidimensional view is achieved by defining a
parent category for your profile and then defining all the subcategories that contribute to its
performance.

A unified health profile is comprised of the following:
- Score Category: The primary theme of a unified health profile. A score category is at the top level of a unified health profile.
- Score Range Classification: The interpretations of different ranges of a category’s or subcategory’s scores. You can classify multiple score ranges for a category.
- Subcategory: The components that together form the parent category or theme of a unified health profile. These subcategories are structurally the same as a score category because they’re defined using the same metadata type. But subcategories have parent categories, and score categories don’t. A unified health profile’s score category can have up to two levels of subcategories, and each category or subcategory can have up to three subcategories under it.
If you use Data Cloud as your score calculation system, you also have mappings that connect categories and subcategories to their associated calculated insights.
