Configure External Video Service

Virtual Care integrates with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Chime SDK to offer your users an easy-to-use, feature-rich video platform.
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited editions with Health Cloud and Video Calls Add-On license.

AWS provides the AWS Partner Solution to help you get up and running. You must work with your AWS admin to complete the integration. The template is available at Salesforce Health Cloud: Virtual Care on AWS - Partner Solution

The AWS Partner Solution Deployment Guide includes detailed information about the architecture, security, and product used to create the virtual care video services. The AWS admin can follow instructions for predeployment, deployment, and upgrading an existing deployment.
