jCreate Code Sets for Health Care Metrics
Code sets define the metrics that providers monitor in patients, for example, blood
sugar, cholesterol level, and amount of exercise. Define the code sets your providers use with
their patients.

| To create Code Set records: | Edit on CodeSet |
- From the App Launcher, find and select Code Sets.
- Click New.
- Add a name for the Code Set, for example, Exercise.
- If your organization uses standardized codes from a particular terminology system, enter that code in the Code field. Otherwise, enter any code such as Exercise.
- For Code Set Type, select None.
- Select Active.
- Save your work.
- Repeat these steps for all other healthcare metrics your providers monitor.
