Configure the Intelligent Appointment Management console to make it easy to find the
perfect appointment for a patient.

In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Lightning App Builder, then
select Lightning App Builder.

Select the page that includes the Intelligent Appointment Management Console and click
Edit.

Select the Healthcare Appointment Scheduler component to view the attributes.

Configure the Appointment Guidance Flow and Label.

To add new fields in the Search Panel Fields, Advanced Search Fields, or Search Results
fields areas, select Add Field. Each time you click Add
Field any new fields since the component was last updated are added. Click
multiple times to see all available fields. The Add Field button will deactivate when all
fields have been added.

Remove any fields that you don’t want to display to users.

Select the Hide Advanced Search option to initially hide the advanced search options unless
it is expanded by the user.

Set the Distance Unit that is used to search for appointments within a certain distance of
the patient’s address.

Select the Show Provider Badge option if you want to indicate which providers have been
associated with this patient in the past.
