Assign Permission Sets and Permission Set Licenses for Users

Provide crisis center counselors, volunteers, and managers with the permissions and licenses required to use the Crisis Support Center Management app.

User Permissions Needed
To use the Crisis Support Center Management app	Manage Crisis Support Center Management App

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
Select the appropriate user.
In the Permission Set License Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
Select these permission set licenses.
1. Health Cloud Crisis Support Center Management
2. Health Cloud Platform
3. OmniStudio User
Save your work.
In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
Move these permission sets to the Enabled Permission Sets list.
1. Health Cloud Crisis Support Center Management App
2. Health Cloud Foundation
3. Knowledge LSF Permission Set
4. OmniStudio User
Save your work.
