jClone the Send Emails to Request Facility Bed Availability Flow
Clone the Send Emails to Request Facility Bed Availability flow and set the cloned flow
to run on a schedule. This flow sends emails to facility admins that includes a link to your
Experience site, where they can update their available care facility bed count. This update is
automatically reflected in your org.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and select Flows.
- Find and select the Send Emails to Request Facility Bed Availability flow.
- To clone the flow, in the Flow Builder toolbar, click Save As.
- Enter a label, API name, and description for the cloned flow and click Save. The cloned flow automatically opens in Flow Builder.
- Click the Start element, click Edit, and set the schedule for the flow.
- Activate your flow.
