| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Bed Type | The bed type code of the facility bed. |
| Services | The care programs and products associated with a bed in a healthcare facility. |
| Last known bed available | The last known bed available in a facility. |
For Crisis Support Center Management, Bed Search is enabled by default. Simply set up the required data to get the search up and running.
- Create code sets and code set bundles to represent the bed types licensed by your state or local government.
- Verify that care program and product data is set up correctly. See Use Care Programs to Track and Manage Cohorts of Patients and Members.
-
To define a bed in a healthcare facility with the associated care programs and products,
create a Care Facility Bed record.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Care Facility Beds.
- Click New.
- Enter a name for the care facility bed.
- Select the associated healthcare facility and the bed type code.
- Enter the total bed capacity number.
- If applicable, enter the available bed capacity number and select the associated care programs and products.
- Click Save.
That’s it! Users can now search for beds using the Bed Search in the case record
page.
