Set Up a Briefcase for Home Health
Enable your clinicians in the field to access information seamlessly when their mobile
app is offline. Use Briefcase Builder to create a briefcase, which is a set of rules and filters
that select records for offline use. Connect the Field Service Mobile app with the briefcase to
give your clinicians access to the most relevant records, even when there’s a network outage or
spotty internet coverage.
Add the relevant objects and related objects to the briefcase that you want to make
available offline. You can also select a subset of relevant record data for your mobile workers
by selecting Related Lists or Lookup Fields that relate to an object. You can further refine the
data by applying filters and logic conditions.
