Create Service Resources for Home Health
Create a Service Resource record for each user you have in the field. These records are used by the Field Service engine to manage visit assignments. -
Create Service Territories for Home Health
Service territories represent the regions that your service resources in the field operate under. You also define operating hours for each service territory, which is inherited by each service resource under that territory. -
Associate a Service Resource with a Service Territory for Home Health
Use the Service Territory Member object to associate a service resource with the service territories that they operate in. As stated before, service resources operate under the operating hours specified for each territory. However, if a service resource works under multiple territories and has conflicts with the default time of the secondary territory, you can define unique operating hours for the resource within the context of the second territory.
