Medication Management Data Model

The Medication Management add-on enables the Medication Management data model. The FHIR R4-aligned Clinical data model must be enabled, and the Medication Review feature configured, if you want to use the Medication Management add-on.

Medication Management data model includes objects to help your users perform medication reconciliation and medication therapy reviews when you have the Medication Management add-on.

Medication Reconciliation	Create medication reconciliation records when your clinician starts a reconciliation from the Medication Reconciliation tab.	Create Read Update Delete
Medication Reconciliation Recommendation	Create medication reconciliation recommendation records by using the data entered by the clinician in the Medication Reconciliation tab.	Create Read Update Delete
