Get Your Org Ready to Use Assessments

To enable Assessments, you must install OmniStudio, enable Discovery Framework, and update sharing settings.

User Permissions Needed
To use Assessments:	Assessment Envelope
To install the OmniStudio package:	Download AppExchange Packages
To enable OmniStudio:	Customize Application
To change Sharing Settings:	Manage Sharing

OmniStudio and Discovery Framework are included with Health Cloud, but require some setup.

Install OmniStudio.

Every OmniStudio release has its own installation link.
Note
1. Go to the OmniStudio release summary documentation for a link to the current managed package installer.
2. Install the OmniStudio Package.
Enable Discovery Framework.
1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Discovery Framework, and then select General Settings.
2. Turn on Discovery Framework.

Update Sharing Settings.

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sharing Settings, and then select Sharing Settings.
In the Organization-Wide Defaults section, click Edit.

Update the Default Internal Access for these objects:

Assessment Question	Public Read Only
Assessment Question Set	Public Read Only
Assessment Question Response	Controlled by Parent
Assessment Question Response Recommendation (Used in Integrated Care Management)	Controlled by Parent
