Give Guest Users Access to Assessments | Health Cloud Administration

Create the necessary profile, permissions, and object access to show guest users the assessments they need to complete.

When you create an Experience Cloud site, Salesforce creates a profile, a user record, and sharing mechanisms that are available only to guest users. All guest visitors to a public site share the same guest user record (one per site) and have the same access level. For this reason, be careful and thoughtful about the data you want to share with guest users.

Configure Guest User Assessments
Turn on guest user assessments, then select the customized Send Assessment Email template flow to use to send assessment notifications to patients. Select the default expiration date for the assessment envelopes.

Create an OmniStudio Permission Set and Assign it to Assessment Guest Users
Guest users on an Experience Cloud site require access to OmniStudio to complete assigned assessments on the site. Create an OmniStudio custom permission set and assign it to the Experience Cloud guest user.
