Update an Existing Assessment for Patients to Complete on an Experience Cloud Site

A Discovery Framework assessment created before Summer ‘23 is missing a remote action that is needed for it to work on an Experience Cloud site. Edit the existing OmniScripts you want to use on an Experience Cloud site to include a remote action and key value pair to set the usage type.
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud or Health Cloud for Life Sciences

  3. In the OmniScript’s Setup, find the Seed Data JSON section and click + Add New Key/Value Pair.
  4. Enter UsageType for Key, and enter HCUsageType for Value.

Activating the OmniScript generates a Lightning Web Component that you can publish on a Lightning page or Experience Cloud site. The Assessments component adds the ability to view all OmniScripts with Discovery Framework in a single place.

    Note

Test that the assessment is working after you configure the send assessment email flow. Send the flow to a test account, access it through the emailed link on the Experience Cloud site, complete the questions, and submit.
