Start or expand your library of assessments with prebuilt samples for healthcare. The samples illustrate common, standard healthcare interactions. If you’re new to assessments, the samples orient you to the typical configuration and use of assessments in a healthcare setting.

Enable Sample Assessments
Before your users can use sample assessments, you must install OmniStudio, enable Discovery Framework, and then deploy the sample assessments.
Make Sample Assessments Available to Users
Grant users the required access and permissions to use the sample AUDIT-C, GAD-7, PHQ-9, intake, risk, and safety plan assessments. Integrate sample assessments into your workflow by using the Action Launcher or Assessment component in Integrated Care Management, the Crisis Support Center Management app, and the Behavioral Health app.
