Give Users Access to Assessments

Create a permission set that enables users to view and complete an assessment.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud or Health Cloud for Life Sciences

User Permissions Needed
To create permission sets:	Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
To assign permission sets:	Assign Permission Sets

From Setup, enter Permission Sets in the Quick Find box, then select Permission sets.
Click Assessment Envelope.
Click Manage Assignments.
Click Add Assignment.
Select the users who must use Assessments.
Click Next.
Click Assign.
Click Done.
Return to the Permission Sets page, and click New.
Enter a Label. For example, enter Assessments Care Coordinators Perm Set.
Save your work.

For each object listed in the table, click Object Settings, click Edit, and then assign permissions as shown in the table.

Return to the Permission Set Overview, then click System Permissions.
Click Edit.
Select Discovery Framework Platform User to grant access to Discovery Framework specific objects and fields.
Save your work.
Return to the Permission Set Overview, then click Manage Assignments.
Click Add Assignment.
Select the users who must use Assessments.
Click Next.
Click Assign.
Save your work.

Verify that your new permission set and these related permission sets are assigned to your care coordinator users.
